Rates: All rates are per ad, per insertion.

Placement: Display ads are placed at the discretion of the editor with preferential placements going to event- or content- related ads and those under the longest contract for multiple insertions.

Discounts: Members of the Writers' League of Texas are eligible for a 10% discount per ad schedule. Enter "Member" in the coupon section for discount.

Payment: Payment in advance is required for all advertising. Materials received without payment will not be processed. Please call to make other arrangements.

Materials Submissions: All display ads should be submitted camera-ready as PDF, TIFF, JPEG or EPS files, with resolution of at least 300 dpi.

Materials Due Dates: Footnotes ads are due two weeks before desired publication date.
